After 14 years of providing exceptional early learning and childcare, success caught up with Kids’ Care Connection. KCC is the non-profit labor of love of Messiah United Methodist Church in Plymouth, Minnesota. It has been meeting a spectrum of needs for 60+ children and families by preparing little ones for kindergarten and enabling their parents to work or pursue education and training to improve their job situations. Nearly half of the attenders require tuition assistance, aided by Messiah-provided scholarships. But KCC wanted to provide services to even more of the 600 families in the community living below the poverty line. With a new memorable name, new whimsical graphics and a dynamic new website, things are really changing: the refreshed brand has increased awareness and created more visibility, boosting church and community support to meet the needs.
